For over 30 years we have been servicing salons with enzyme-based developers, bringing color processing into the modern age with far less damage—a gentler, safer, quicker alternative to regular peroxide products.

Marvin LeBow

Over the years, many of you have met Marvin LeBow, president of Trionics, at industry events and trade shows. In fact, you may have seen him dip his finger in a bottle and put it in his mouth! He is a beauty industry veteran with more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, and sales.

Prior to joining Trionics Systems, Inc., Marvin owned a regional distributorship on Long Island. However, when he discovered these enzyme products and saw how beneficial they could be to the industry, he was hooked. He spent the next three decades building the business—expanding the product lines, creating relationships with distributors, and exhibiting at countless industry shows, where he has had the pleasure of meeting many of you—the artists and entrepreneurs that have kept Trionics thriving since the 1980s.

In 2014, his daughter Philice joined the company, and brought with her 20 years of marketing expertise from various industries. She is hard at work bringing Trionics to the next generation of salon professionals. In 2016, Marvin's other daughter (and Philice's twin sister) joined the Trionics team as well. With 20 years of sales experience in the book publishing industry, she is poised to follow in her Dad's footsteps now. Marvin, Philice, Jacqui and their team of chemists and product development specialists are innovating proprietary blends of seaweeds and marine plants to bring the best possible products to market.

The Trionics mission has always been to create formulations that are both gentle and effective—removing harsh chemicals wherever possible and introducing natural elements that preserve the integrity of the hair and scalp. We are proud to be a part of the hair and beauty community and are excited about this next phase of Trionics' evolution.
